"You really don't know, do you?" Wen Yu finally couldn't hold back his curiosity and quietly questioned.

"What do you mean I don't know? I know everything, I'm just not telling you. Your strength and authority…"

"…aren't enough, I know." Wen Yu directly interrupted Alkada.

"So, what exactly does this Sequence do? Or, what benefits does it bring me?" Wen Yu asked a very direct question.

"The so-called Sequence is a ranking established by the Ruler, listing the most promising humans. There's no limit to the number of people in the Sequence, but your strength must meet a certain standard. Only after being evaluated and recommended by a Treasure Land Guardian can you become part of the Sequence." This time, Alkada's answer was much smoother; he clearly knew the answer.

"As for the benefits of the Sequence, once you join, you'll be recognized by all Treasure Land Guardians. That means, in large or super Treasure Lands, you'll receive a certain degree of help or support from the Guardians. How about that?" "The second reward is the Ultimate Treasure of this Treasure Land. Here, take it."

With that, Alkada pulled out a piece of paper from the air and handed it to Wen Yu.

"A piece of paper?" Wen Yu took it, puzzled.

"This isn't paper, it's a treasure," Alkada said confidently.

Wen Yu looked at the paper in his hand. Hmm, it really couldn't be called paper-it was made of leather, covered in strange and intricate patterns.

While Wen Yu was still wondering what this was, the notification in his mind finally arrived.

"Ding, unknown item detected, identifying."

"Identification complete, rating in progress."

"Unable to rate, acquiring abilities."

"Acquisition complete."

"Black Book (Curse Chapter, Fragment): Absorbs souls, unleashes dark power. This page is the upper part of the Black Book's Curse Chapter, so its abilities are greatly weakened."

"Current abilities: When enough soul power is absorbed, the spells recorded in the Black Book will take effect. Current effects are:"

"Suppression: Reduces the speed of all nearby creatures by ten percent."

"Weakening: Reduces the strength of all nearby creatures by ten percent."

"Damage Amplification: Reduces the defense of all nearby creatures."

"Duration: 10 minutes. Area of effect: 100 meters around the user. The curse ignores level, and the spell is activated by the user."

Wen Yu read through the Black Book's abilities, making a quick estimate in his mind.

The curse abilities granted by the Black Book were extremely practical, and most importantly, they didn't occupy his skill slots.

These three skills could be considered extra, and their value even surpassed the fact that they ignored level restrictions.

"Very good, I'm quite satisfied," Wen Yu nodded at Alkada.

"Do you know where the remaining fragments of the Black Book are?" Wen Yu asked tentatively.

Alkada pouted, "Your strength and authority aren't enough."

This little brat really cared about his pride. Wen Yu hadn't expected much, but hearing this, he couldn't help but want to leave a lasting impression on this kid before leaving.

"By the way, are there any other rewards?" Wen Yu asked.

"Is this still not enough? No wonder you humans are greedy."

"Then, one last question. Can the Treasure Land Guardian harm the survivors? I mean, in any way?" Wen Yu asked cautiously.

"Hmm, that question?" Alkada once again pulled out an enormous book and began flipping through it at lightning speed.

"No, they can't." Alkada's round, chubby face looked at Wen Yu with utter seriousness.

"Phew, that's good. That's really good," Wen Yu replied, giving Alkada a sly, peculiar smile.

Alkada looked a bit puzzled.

"So, does that mean the challenge of this Treasure Land is over now?" Wen Yu asked his final question.

"Yes, Yours Truly is heading back as well." Alkada stretched lazily, visibly delighted.

"Da-Ge, you know something?" Upon hearing Wen Yu's words, Alkada clearly delighted in being addressed as Da-Ge. He rose up on tiptoe, intently watching Wen Yu's serious face.

"There's a custom on Earth," Wen Yu slowly leaned in closer to Alkada, eyeing him with an odd smile.

"For kids like you, we usually…" Wen Yu lifted Alkada's little belly wrap, glanced at the little loach underneath, and gave it a quick flick with his finger.

"Flick his little pee-pee."

With a pop, Wen Yu stared at Alkada with a bizarre expression.

For a moment, Alkada didn't react. First, he looked down at his still-swaying little pee-pee, then up at Wen Yu, repeating this a total of three times.

Then, he fixed his gaze tightly on Wen Yu.

The entire scene fell into a strange silence.

"Aaaahhh! How dare you do that to me! Aaaahhh, I want to, I want to-"

Alkada let out a panic-stricken scream, startling Wen Yu into a shiver.

"What are you going to do? I'm warning you, don't try anything."

"I want to, I want to… wuwuwu, when I get back I'm going to tell Grandpa you bullied me. Wuwuwu." Alkada repeated "I want to" for quite a while, but it was clear he couldn't figure out how to deal with this human. Finally, his face crumpled, he yanked hard on his little belly wrap, covered his eyes and started sobbing as he strangely vanished.

Meanwhile, the Healing Light that had covered the Arena slowly faded away, and all the wounds on Wen Yu's body were completely healed by it.

A booming prompt resounded throughout the Treasure Land: "The challenger has successfully cleared the final stage. The Treasure Land will permanently disappear in 30 minutes. Any challengers still inside at that time will be automatically transported outside."

Wen Yu was instantly teleported down from the Arena. The moment he stepped off, he immediately began to examine his spoils.

First were the War Blade and Protective Suit. His original War Blade and Protective Suit were already destroyed, but fortunately, the Treasure Land had given him new ones. Needless to say, he changed into them right away.

Next were the Points and Magic Crystals. Wen Yu put the Magic Crystals straight into his Spatial Ring. The Spatial Ring was definitely a treasure-an F-Rank Spatial Ring, with just a cubic meter of space inside, but easily enough to store plenty of Magic Crystals.

He had already used up the Protective Jade and Healing Potion. Only a Spatial Movement Scroll remained.

Wen Yu carefully examined the description on the Spatial Movement Scroll:

"Spatial Movement Scroll: D-Rank item. Upon use, can move 10 meters in any direction (limited to line of sight)."

"A good life-saving tool. Not bad, not bad," Wen Yu muttered happily to himself.

He then took another close look at the properties of the Black Book. Other than not knowing how many souls it needed to absorb, the rest of its attributes left him very satisfied.

"This Treasure Land really is pretty good-except for that little brat Alkada." Wen Yu summed up his gains, nodding in satisfaction.

Then he turned his gaze to the four onlookers who'd been spectating the whole time: Guan Tao and the others.
