The two Demonic Creatures also realized that the scales of victory were tipping toward the humans. However, they had no intention of fleeing!

A pillar of fire instantly engulfed the Stone Demon's body. The Nightmare Demon, who had been standing on the Stone Demon's shoulder, immediately jumped down, only to be instantly ensnared by Wen Yu!

Greed's Touch rapidly tore through the black robes covering the Nightmare Demon's body, revealing the dark gray skin beneath.

With a single claw, Wen Yu crushed one of the Nightmare Demon's arms while simultaneously using his Phasing ability to dodge an incoming Explosive Flame Skill.

The Nightmare Demon's strength was roughly around 100, but its melee capabilities were absolute garbage. If everything went as expected, it would perish at Wen Yu's hands within a few moves.

Behind him, the Stone Demon stood no chance against One-Eye's Tyrannical Flame, disintegrating into a pile of dust scattered across the ground!

"Your companion is dead. Now, it's your turn!"

Wen Yu thrust Greed's Touch deep into the Nightmare Demon's body, exerting force with his hand to violently widen the wound!

Large sprays of gray liquid erupted from the Nightmare Demon-this was its blood.

"Cough, cough."

The Nightmare Demon coughed twice. The green light in its eyes flickered intermittently-a precursor to death!

"Are you so certain… that my partner is dead?"

A weak, yet mocking voice drifted from the Nightmare Demon's mouth!

"Don't forget, what is your mission? And… what is ours?"

Wen Yu's pupils constricted instantly. He yanked Greed's Touch out of the Nightmare Demon and whipped his gaze toward Princess Fina's location!

The Nightmare Demon slumped to the ground, dead as could be.

However, the scene unfolding in the distance made Wen Yu's eyes nearly split with rage!

Just as the Stone Demon and the Nightmare Demon had separated, the Lesser Stone Demons charging toward William underwent a sudden transformation!

All the Lesser Stone Demons abruptly collapsed. Then, the sand and soil in front of William began to churn violently!

Before William could even react, in less than a second, the massive silhouette of the Stone Demon appeared right before him!

Its twenty-meter-tall body loomed over William and Fina, blotting out the sky!

This body contained the Stone Demon's full power!

Then, a fist the size of a car smashed down toward Princess Fina with crushing force!

From the very beginning, the Nightmare Demon and the Stone Demon never intended to kill everyone!

That wasn't realistic. After all, even the Ancient Demon Balo had died at the hands of this group.

Though the Nightmare Demon had been full of mockery toward Balo, it was well aware of Balo's true strength!

Their target had always been Fina and the Fourth Prince!

From controlling Basong to self-destruct earlier to their initial wave of strikes, they had acted as if their goal was to slaughter everyone.

This undoubtedly created an illusion for everyone present-that the two Demonic Creatures' goal was total annihilation.

When the Stone Demon had used Split earlier, its core was no longer in its original body. Instead, it had transferred into one of the Lesser Stone Demons charging toward William!

This was the Nightmare Demon's ultimate goal from the start!

To kill Princess Fina and the Fourth Prince, even if it meant certain death for themselves!

The massive fist blotted out the sun. In less than a second, it slammed down toward Princess Fina's position!

William didn't even have time to activate King's Dignity before the massive force surged against the blade he used to block the Stone Demon's fist!

With a gap in Physical Attribute of nearly double, William was sent flying far away, countless bones in his body shattering upon impact.

But the Stone Demon's assault wasn't over!

And Princess Fina was now left without a protector!

Boom!

Another punch!

At this moment, it was a matter of life and death!

If it hit, the mission would fail. And the consequences of mission failure were something no one could afford!

A flash of determination crossed Princess Fina's eyes! A burst of light suddenly erupted from her hand. In that instant, the massive earthen fist and a fair, delicate hand made contact!

A white light flashed. Both Princess Fina and the Stone Demon vanished into thin air!

Only the Fourth Prince remained, weeping uncontrollably on the ground.

Princess Fina was also a Class Holder. What she had just triggered was her own Skill.

Wen Yu stumbled toward the spot where Princess Fina had been standing, staring blankly at the Fourth Prince left alone on the ground.

"Is it over? It's just… over?"

A voice filled with despair rang out. It was Chu Ziling, who had rushed over from nearby!

Princess Fina was gone!

This argument was well-reasoned and logical, at least far more grounded than what Wen Yu had suggested.

Ten minutes flashed by in an instant.

A white light abruptly manifested in the middle of the clearing, followed by a massive figure appearing before everyone.

It was the Stone Demon.

"Kill him…"

Wen Yu issued the command to One-Eye, then turned his head away, unable to bear looking at the mangled heap of flesh on the ground.

Judging by the remnants of fabric, that was Princess Fina.

The battle between One-Eye and the Stone Demon broke out immediately. The Stone Demon's massive body was sent flying by One-Eye's direct charge.

Aside from that, no one else intervened in this clash of monsters.

"I'm sorry… I'm sorry…"

Beside them, William, who had just downed a Healing Potion, stared blankly at the unrecognizable remains of Fina, tears slowly rolling down his face.

"From now on, your mission is him. He is your life, and he is the life of everyone here!"

William took the Fourth Prince with trembling arms, the tears at the corners of his eyes growing larger.

Nodding shakily to Wen Yu, William slowly walked over to the mass of flesh.

He reached down and slowly picked up the silver-glowing Spatial Ring from among the gore, then dropped to one knee.
