Those Magic Crystals were enough to push Chu Ziling's Physical Attribute to the Level 2 Peak! There might even be some left over. His speed would likely reach as high as 100 Points.

After the Soul Beast finished absorbing its Magic Crystals, Wen Yu's Physical Attribute in his Combat State would be 72 Points!

He was definitely not weaker than William, but he certainly couldn't catch up to Chu Ziling yet.
