Chapter 80 – Promotion!

Volume 2: Battlefield Between Two Worlds

With a flash of white light, Wen Yu's figure instantly vanished.

The white light drew the attention of most people present. A faint, nearly imperceptible flicker passed through William's eyes.

Turning his head to check on the Little Soul Beast, Wen Yu realized that as his own level increased, the Little Soul Beast's form was also undergoing a change.

Its originally spherical shape seemed to have been stretched out, becoming an oval, much like an egg.

As Wen Yu watched, two small slits suddenly appeared on the Little Soul Beast's body. As the slits grew wider, two small dots glowing with black light appeared inside.

It was as if the Little Soul Beast had grown eyes.

The Little Soul Beast bumped against Wen Yu's cheek repeatedly, and a weak mental ripple entered Wen Yu's mind.

"Master… Master…"

Like an infant who hadn't grown up yet, the Little Soul Beast could only repeat the word "Master" over and over again!

Since part of the Magic Crystal used for the Soul Beast's Enhancement was Attribute Magic Crystal with a Dark Attribute, it wasn't surprising that a Dark Attribute Skill had appeared.

A layer of black light wrapped around the Soul Beast, then swiftly dissipated.

The Swiftness Skill on the Soul Beast had been wiped away.

Wen Yu opened his Spatial Ring and took out the S-Rank Skill scroll, Phasing, that he had obtained from the HL Town Treasure Land.

He tore the scroll open with both hands, and the notification rang out once more.

"Ding! Since the Host's Class is a special Class, you cannot personally acquire any additional Skill, but you can add a Skill to a Soul Pet. Please designate the Soul Pet to receive the Skill."

"Designate the Soul Beast."
