Ever since this Treasure Land had opened, the Huaxia Military had deliberately kept itself in the weaker position, rarely daring to confront the Demon Race head-on.

Yet as soon as this man appeared, he single-handedly changed the balance of power, trapping countless Demonic Creatures inside the Demon City!

Seeing the starstruck look in Zhao Mingming's eyes, Wen Yu shrugged.

"Head back. Leave the communicator with me."

"Sir, command has assigned me to serve as your communications officer, so…"

Wen Yu waved a hand, cutting him off.

"Tell them it's my order. It isn't safe for you here."

Once the Demon Race believed it had amassed enough strength to defeat Wen Yu, it would undoubtedly launch an attack on him.

When that happened, a bloody battle would be inevitable!

Given Zhao Mingming's strength, he might be wiped out in an instant, without even a scrap of him left behind!

Zhao Mingming wanted to stay, but faced with Wen Yu's order, he had no choice but to obey.

The sky within the Treasure Land was perpetually a vast expanse of white.

Wen Yu sat ten kilometers from the Demon City, steadily stuffing food into his mouth.

One-Eye and Xing had also entered their miniature forms and were lying quietly nearby.

After replenishing the energy his body needed, Wen Yu raised his head and looked toward the Demon City ten kilometers away.

Two Demonic Creatures at Level 4 still stood atop the city wall, watching Wen Yu closely.

They had probably received intelligence about Wen Yu's strength and realized that coming out would be suicide, so they merely observed his every move in silence.

For Level 4 beings, ten kilometers was just within visual range. Moreover, there was nothing in the Treasure Land to obstruct their view, so both sides could clearly see what was happening across the distance.

Wen Yu smiled at the Ancient Demon in the lead, raised his water bottle high, and made a toasting gesture.

The Ancient Demon responded with nothing but a vicious grin and a finger drawn across its throat.

Amid this strange standoff, the Demon Realm Gate inside the Demon City suddenly began to change!

A massive amount of Demon Qi gushed out, then was rapidly absorbed by the black pillar.

A gigantic figure squeezed its way through the Demon Realm Gate!

It stood twenty meters tall, with bluish-white skin, and violent power surged from every inch of its body. The crowd of low-level Demonic Creatures packed around the Demon Realm Gate immediately scattered.

The newcomer was undoubtedly a Level 4 Demonic Creature.

It first surveyed the tightly packed horde of low-level Demonic Creatures around it, then looked at the two Demonic Creatures at Level 4 standing atop the wall before unleashing a thunderous roar.

"Why haven't you begun the operation yet?!"

A tremendous sound wave burst from its mouth. Its words in the Demon Realm Language carried far into the distance, reaching even Wen Yu outside the city.

"Another Level 4…"

Wen Yu murmured, his eyes blazing with fighting spirit as he stared toward the Demon City.

"Still not enough…"

Atop the wall, the Ancient Demon heard the Blue-skinned Demonic Creature's shout and slowly turned its head. Pointing toward Wen Yu, who sat outside the city, it said,

"Down there is a supreme expert of the Human Race. He's trapped us in here…"

The Blue-skinned Demonic Creature let out a thunderous scoff. Without another word, it strode toward the city wall.

"A tiny insect of the Human Race has frightened you this badly? You are a disgrace to the Demon Race!"

The Blue-skinned Demonic Creature was enormous, with long legs to match. It did not take long for it to reach the foot of the wall.

Only by comparison did its incredible height become fully apparent.

It did not even need to climb onto the wall. Its head already rose above the battlements, allowing it to survey the scene outside.

When the massive blue head suddenly popped into view, Wen Yu smiled at the Demonic Creature peering over the wall.

Naturally, the Demonic Creature saw his smile as well.

"It's just one little bug, and you're already this scared! Watch how a Warrior of the great Blue Steel Clan fights!"

The Blue-skinned Demonic Creature let out a garbled roar, spraying foul-smelling saliva everywhere. It came down like rain, drenching the Ancient Demon and the other Level 4 Demonic Creature all over their heads and faces.

The Ancient Demon calmly wiped the slime from its face and merely shrugged at the Blue-skinned Demonic Creature's words.

"If you're so capable, you go fight it."

As the Blue-skinned Demonic Creature leaped down from the city wall, the Ancient Demon turned toward Wen Yu and shrugged.

Wen Yu had naturally seen the argument between the two Demonic Creatures atop the wall. Although he couldn't understand what they were saying, that didn't stop him from getting the gist of what had happened.

The Blue-skinned Monster charging rapidly toward him made two things abundantly clear.

First, the Demon Race had internal conflicts and power struggles too.

Second, these big blue brutes weren't particularly bright…

Wen Yu slowly rose to his feet and entered Combat State.

Wild Song rapidly extended in his hand as he watched the Blue-skinned Monster's footwork with a wary expression.

Judging by its speed, it was undoubtedly a Level 4 Demonic Creature!

Bang!

Wild Song fired!

The massive energy round hurtled toward the Blue-skinned Demonic Creature, only to be shattered by a single punch!

Its enormous body granted it tremendous strength. Thus, even with a Physical Attribute of only around 400 Points, it still managed to shatter a bullet carrying the equivalent force of an attack backed by 800 Points of Physical Attribute.

Unfortunately for it, Wild Song's attack had not been fruitless!

The instant the bullet collided with the massive blue fist, the Blue-skinned Demonic Creature completely neutralized its force. The special effects, however, had already activated!

The power of Annihilation erased a large chunk of its fist. Coupled with the explosive and Tear effects, the Blue-skinned Demonic Creature's entire right fist was destroyed, leaving only a few scraps of flesh dangling from its wrist!

The human body might be inferior to that of a Demonic Creature, but humanity's ability to use tools far surpassed the primitive capabilities of the Demonic Creatures!

Despite suffering such a severe injury, the Blue-skinned Demonic Creature didn't so much as flinch. It launched a ferocious charge at Wen Yu while white light continuously radiated from the wound on its wrist.

It was probably some sort of healing ability, but in Wen Yu's eyes, it was completely useless!

Throb appeared and, together with Wild Song, unleashed a barrage of bullets at the Blue-skinned Demonic Creature!

After obtaining Throb and Wild Song, Wen Yu's combat style had undergone a dramatic transformation!

He rarely needed to engage in bloody close-quarters combat with Greed's Touch anymore. Instead, Wen Yu now preferred using ranged attacks to directly destroy his enemies' bodies and souls!

Faced with the overwhelming hail of bullets, the Blue-skinned Demonic Creature staggered under the relentless impacts.

The power of Soul Strike imbued within Throb sent waves of stabbing pain through the Blue-skinned Demonic Creature's soul. Its body was completely immobilized, leaving it with no choice but to endure wave after wave of attacks.

Then Wild Song delivered the killing blow!

A bullet the size of a dinner plate hurtled toward the Blue-skinned Demonic Creature. It raised a hand to block the projectile flying toward its head, only for Wild Song's bullet to abruptly change direction in midair!

Attribute Five: Addition: Wild Song's attacks can be imbued with all of the Host's abilities!

Void Shift (Rank C, Active Ability): Once activated, it can defy the laws of motion and freely change an object's direction of travel once!

The combination of these two abilities made attacks from Throb and Wild Song even harder to evade!

The Blue-skinned Demonic Creature's attempt to block the bullet was completely futile. With an earth-shaking scream, the top of its skull was blown clean off, exposing the dark gray brain matter inside.

Then Throb's bullet burrowed through the open wound and into the Blue-skinned Demonic Creature's skull!

The bullet was small, but exceptionally lethal!

Boom…

All signs of life vanished from the Blue-skinned Demonic Creature. Its twenty-meter-tall body toppled backward and slammed into the ground, kicking up a vast cloud of dust.

Wen Yu looked at the Blue-skinned Demonic Creature lying dead roughly one thousand meters away, then glanced up at the Ancient Demon on the city wall.

The Ancient Demon remained expressionless. It merely uttered a single word in a low voice, speaking in the Demon Realm Language.

"Moron!"
