Kuangliu immediately pulled out a Super Healing Potion worth 5,000 Points, tipped his head back, and gulped it down!

The Super Healing Potion was intended for Level 4 individuals, but in Wen Yu's opinion, Kuangliu could have endured his wounds with his Physical Attribute alone. There was no need to waste an entire potion.

Wen Yu still couldn't understand how the rich thought, even though most people would consider him rich as well!

He turned to look at his three Soul Pets, who were busy devouring the Demonic Creature corpses on the ground, and nodded slightly.

The Demon Race had introduced an unexpected complication by summoning a Blood Beast, but they had still achieved their goal. That was all that mattered!

Wen Yu glanced at the Blood Beast flying around in the distance, then at the place where the Serpent Demon Seed had vanished. After a moment's thought, he spoke.

"We're done blockading this place. The Demon Race has pretty much figured out what we're capable of. The next battle probably won't be this easy."

Kuangliu nodded in agreement.

Strictly speaking, this battle hadn't been a clash between the Human Race and the Demon Race. It had merely been Wen Yu and Kuangliu, Sequence 2 and Sequence 3, against the Demon Race!

The Demon Race might not care about losing dozens of Level 4 Demonic Creatures and one Demon Seed, but next time, they would undoubtedly gather a far more powerful force!

If anything happened to Wen Yu or Kuangliu, the two of them would be the ones paying the price!

"Let's head back to the Outpost. There should still be plenty of Demonic Creatures headed that way. That's another huge haul of Points!"

Kuangliu looked visibly excited, and Wen Yu nodded.

He took one last look at the Blood Beast, which did not dare leave the boundaries of the Demon City no matter what, called his three Soul Pets over, and turned to leave!

Just as Wen Yu and Kuangliu turned to go, a succession of explosions thundered through the distant Demon City. Then a terrifying storm of Demon Qi surged into the air!

At the sound, Wen Yu and Kuangliu whipped around. What they saw was… the middle of the three towering Demon Realm Gates twisting and warping like an abstract painting!

After the Serpent Demon Seed crawled back over the city wall, it looked down at the Bone Demon trapped between the jaws of two canine creatures. Then it saw the Ancient Demon Seed being torn apart and devoured by Xing, and the chill in its eyes deepened!

Remembering the Ancient Demon Seed's unfinished final words, the Serpent Demon Seed twisted around and slithered down the wall.

Snakes were hardly slow to begin with, and given the Serpent Demon Seed's terrifying size, it took only a few minutes to reach the three Demon Realm Gates.

It looked at the three Demon Realm Gates, which were continuously spewing Demon Qi, then at the fully formed, blood-red Mini Demon Realm Gate. A savage gleam flashed through its eyes!

"For the Demon Race!"

The hissing words of the Demon Realm Language emerged from the Serpent Demon Seed's mouth and echoed throughout the Demon City!

Unfortunately, the Serpent Demon Seed had only one listener: the Blood Beast inside the city wall!

The Blood Beast, or rather, the Black-skinned Demonic Creature within it, gave the Serpent Demon Seed a complicated look. Then it released a terrifying roar!

A voice identical to Xing's echoed through the Demon City. It sounded like a mournful wail, like weeping, and yet also like a brief farewell!

Then the Serpent Demon Seed abruptly coiled its body.

Its body, dozens of meters long, exploded with power and shot into the air! Like a sword piercing the heavens, it soared upward as the Black Crystal on its forehead, the symbol of its status as a Demon Seed, blazed with dazzling light.

Then it slammed headfirst into the middle Demon Realm Gate!

Empowered by its terrifying physical strength, the Serpent Demon Seed swung its head like a colossal warhammer and slammed it into the Demon Realm Gate!

Foul black blood sprayed in every direction. The tremendous recoil split open the Serpent Demon Seed's head. Although the damage did not reach the inside of its skull, the impact still left it dazed and reeling!

The Serpent Demon Seed shuddered slightly, then stared fanatically through blood-soaked eyes at the Demon Realm Gate it had just struck.

"For… the Demon Race!"

Those slightly unnatural words in the Demon Realm Language once again emerged from the Serpent Demon Seed's mouth. Accompanied by the Blood Beast's roars, the Serpent Demon Seed hurled itself into the Demon Realm Gate again!

The Black Crystal on its forehead struck the Demon Realm Gate first. The instant they made contact, a strange power flowed into the gate.

The Demon Realm Gate seemed to absorb the power from the Black Crystal, causing its luster to grow dimmer and dimmer!

The relentless impacts boomed like the tolling of a giant bell. The sound carried far into the distance, almost as if it were a signal.

Finally!

The Serpent Demon Seed thrashed its body and unleashed the last of its strength, smashing heavily into the Demon Realm Gate!

The Black Crystal on its forehead shattered instantly. The shattered crystal was then directly absorbed by the bloodstained Demon Realm Gate!

Under the tremendous force, the Serpent Demon Seed's skull burst apart. Its enormous body slowly slumped to the ground, twitching uncontrollably!

Black blood spread outward like a river, staining the entire expanse of land before the Demon Realm Gate!

It was dead…

But the Serpent Demon Seed had not died in vain!

After absorbing the Black Crystal from the Serpent Demon Seed's forehead, the Demon Realm Gate abruptly began to change!

Like an abstract painting, the towering Demon Realm Gate twisted and warped without end. The immense force dragged the surrounding space along with it, causing black fissures to appear around the gate.

Terrifying waves of Demon Qi radiated outward one after another. Through the tiny openings, the scene on the other side of the Demon Realm Gate was clearly visible!

There was a lake!

The difference was that this lake was filled with a thick, black liquid. Its surface churned and surged incessantly as bizarre, lizard-like creatures with only two legs crawled out of it one after another!

The lizards were small when they first emerged, each only about as long as a person. But the instant these little creatures crawled out of the lake, the vast Demon Qi around them surged violently and poured into their bodies!

Each Little Lizard grew larger and longer at a speed visible to the naked eye, while its aura became increasingly powerful. Before long, the lizards' appearances had undergone earth-shattering transformations!

They ranged from ten to fifty meters in length, and their strength varied from Level 1 to Level 5.

This was nothing less than a Demon Race "arsenal." The Demon Race lifeforms it mass-produced could reach as high as Level 5 immediately after birth!

Outside, the Demon Realm Gate was transforming faster and faster!

The entire Demon Realm Gate gradually twisted into a vortex-like black hole before slowly stabilizing!

The spatial fissures around it also gradually subsided.

Then an enormous lizard-like head emerged from the black hole!

Its head alone was ten meters long. Its skin was smooth and hairless, and it had no eyes!
