Chapter 105 – Z City Is Doomed

Lin Xi arrived in the basement hall. Shi Yu was lying on a hospital bed while Qin Ling changed out her nutrient solution.

Sister Lin had yet to arrive in Z City, so for the time being, there was no one who could replace Shi Yu’s damaged core or rebuild her body.

For now, she could only rely on that damaged core and the nutrient solution to keep her brain functioning normally.

“I’m busy as hell,” Lin Xi said. “The fact that I came to see you today is already pretty nice of me.”

Shi Yu looked at the Dragon Maiden in Lin Xi’s arms.

“How thoughtful of you. You even brought me a gift.”

“Of course.”

“Talk! What exactly is going on?! Who is she?! And what have you been so busy with these past few days?!” Shi Yu sounded like a police officer seriously working a case.

Lin Xi set the girl down first, then stretched her exhausted arms.

“Lin Xi, only you could pull off something like this,” Qin Ling said coldly. “Now hurry up and tell us what exactly happened.”

Lin Xi explained the whole story from beginning to end.

“Bringing her back won’t just help me learn about my past. It’ll also help us obtain intelligence on the Dark Realm Alliance.”

After she finished explaining, Shi Yu asked coldly, “I’m afraid there are other reasons too, aren’t there?”

There was indeed another reason, but Lin Xi couldn’t possibly say it out loud-this Dragon Princess was one of the cuddle targets on the Cuddle Witch’s Last Wish List.

The group gathered around the Dragon Princess.

“Thor.”

“A City?!” Lin Xi remembered that on the map, A City was the farthest city from Z City. “You came all this way to Z City just to kill people and start fires???”

Although Thor had not actually succeeded.

“I…” Thor said helplessly, “That was not my will. I was forced to come here from A City.”
