After exiting the door, the group kept to the wall, utilizing the flowerbed as cover, and jogged onward in a crouched position.

As long as they didn’t run into any other Niepan Members and could safely leave the street, they would temporarily be outside the branch’s encirclement.

“So, you’re a mental ability type,” Song Jinsen remarked while taking another drag of his cigarette, now freeing his hands to clap gently.

“Why bother talking,” Ling Mo said expressionlessly.

Song Jinsen’s movements halted for a moment, but then he chuckled. “Did you use that sharp tongue to take down Ai Feng and No.0?”

“I’m not trying to become XX’s man, nor am I working at some ancestral Inn…”

Halfway through his sentence, Ling Mo noticed Song Jinsen’s completely baffled expression and had to clarify, “You’ll find out soon enough how they met their end.”
